Privacy & terms

How this website handles information, and what it is — and is not — intended to do.

This website

drchetananath.com is a simple informational website. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not ask you to create an account or submit a form. No personal information is collected from you as you browse. The booking link takes you to Calendly, a separate site — nothing is loaded from it unless you choose to go there.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and delivery purposes. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.

Booking

Appointments can be booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. The booking page is hosted by Calendly, not on this website, and any name, email address or note you enter there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy as well as mine. I use what you provide solely to arrange and confirm your appointment. If you would rather not use it, call, message or email me instead.

Phone and WhatsApp

Calls and messages to the practice numbers are used only to arrange appointments and respond to enquiries. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms; as with email, please keep initial messages brief and save clinical detail for the session.

Email

If you write to hello@drchetananath.com, your message and email address are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange appointments. Messages are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing.

Email is convenient but not a secure medium. Please keep initial messages brief and avoid sending sensitive clinical detail by email.

Clinical records

Information shared during consultation or therapy is held confidentially and separately from this website, in line with professional ethical standards and applicable law. Confidentiality is limited only where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, or where disclosure is required by law. These limits are explained at the start of therapy, and wherever possible I will discuss any disclosure with you first.

Changes

This page may be updated from time to time. Questions about anything here are welcome at hello@drchetananath.com.
